"This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. The customer service was truly exceptional – every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards across the board.
