the staff is always fist rate

Only stayed for 1night and no breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the view was good. Shower took a while to get warm and the conditioner container

I liked the fact that they had moved the smoking area from the dangerous location at the front of the hotel to outside the rear entrance from the car park. As normal the hotel was immaculate and the staff were brilliant

A beautiful and clean environment with amazing staff

Hotel room was really lovely. Shame there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel its self. There were places to go nearby.

This hotel was amazing, extremely comfortable, spacious suites and very decent breakfast. The hotel had all the facilities that I could want, the gym was okay, but I did not get to use the pool on this visit. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much.

Good location

Clean. Very friendly staff, great service, great team

First off, the Viscount Gort is sandwiched between two busy highways and doesn't look great from outside - in fact, I thought it looked almost abandoned when I arrived. But, inside it's much better, and despite the highways there was little traffic noise overnight and I slept really well. The staff at check in were welcoming, and the bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable, with vinyl floors instead of carpet. TV, fridge and coffee machine were all fine : there was a microwave but didn't...

Friendly staff. Good location. Free shuttle bus.
