"Stayed for two nights. TV is outdated, no music channel, can't cast from your phone onto TV...However they do offer DVD selection from the front desk. Tub not cleaned the second day. Requested to replace fridge that was not working (the beer would be warm inside) and I had cheese and meats to keep cold. Had to insist on a replacement...literally. Towels not replaced the second day. There was good points although the establishment is in need of an update. The wall paper is peeling in the...

"Breakfast didn’t start until 7 so we could not partake. 6 am would be preferred considering proximity to airport. Hotel was overpriced for lack of amenities and uncomfortable beds."

"Jonathan Blain went beyond the expected service. When he saw that I was a retired Service Member he sought out ways to improve our stay and then some. He even provided us with a breakfast coupon. Jonathan sets the bar for others to achieve. Bravo Zulu to this gentlemen."

"Hotel was great for our family, however there were some issues with noise in the hallways late at night and a person who seemed to be lost trying to get into a room with the wrong card. Security/more security patrolling the halls at night might help guests feel safer and get a better sleep. 😊"

"I would stay here again. Easy, comfortable stay for solo travellers. Very convenient with parking and full breakfast included. I was impressed with how soundproof the room was. There were noisy small children next door and I couldn’t hear them at all through the walls. Clean room and polite staff - especially breakfast attendants."
