"The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem. I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues. Congratulations and well done. "When we arrived they picked us up in a disorganised shuttle. Took us 40 minutes away from the airport then told us we didnt have a room and asked us to pay more. Would not recommend."

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "
