"Loved the property. Beautiful rooms and spaces. The huge atrium was very welcoming and a great place to enjoy a meal. The employees, particularly the concierge Kevin were kind and very willing and to help. There is a language barrier in China but at the hotel we were able to manage thanks to the assistance of the hotel employees."

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"When we arrived they picked us up in a disorganised shuttle. Took us 40 minutes away from the airport then told us we didnt have a room and asked us to pay more. Would not recommend."
