"Location is amazing.! Walking distance to restaurants and the pier, and close to Sun runner bus that goes to St Pete’s Beach. The inn shows its age, but is well maintained. Staff is helpful. The continental breakfast and free parking is a plus. Will stay here again when in St. Petersburg."

"I asked for a blow dryer on the first morning of a 4 day stay....never got one. Parking was too far away and there where not clear directions on how to get there. Also, was charged by the hotel for the parking but they wouldn't give us a receipt. Reception desk was not very helpful."

"Breakfast was good, but costs extra. We didn't get fresh towels even after two nights. Had to ask for them. Carpet was stained in the room. Parking was not.included, it is valet and costs extra. This hotel was priced WAY higher than surrounding hotels and still charged extra for everything. Definitely not worth the price or the name. Rooms are also not able to be cancelled even with the insurance. Overall disappointed with this hotel. The area was really nice and walkable, just use a different hotel."

"We liked the convenience of down town and the Bay. Didn't mind the small room but did not have enough storage space for a weeks stay. Bathroom is in need of repair and remodeled. Drywall and plaster was in poor condition, smelled musty. The bar was adequate, could have had a better breakfast selection. Overall the price was too high for the state of the room."

"No frills, no parking, no pool, have no expectations if you go. Historic building, we were told they're not permitted to do renovations or upgrades. You can really see the history behind the layers of peeling paint. Forgot your coat hangers, no problem, so did they! Enjoy the tranquil drip of low pressure water as you let the shower run for 1-2 minutes for hot water. Don't be modest, soak up the sunshine through a single pane window while you simultaneously soak in the tub. What a view for everyone! Can't decide if you want the blinds open or closed, do both. One is stuck down, the other open, best of both worlds. Enjoy a DIY coffee experience in the common area, complete with antique pouches of powdered coffee dust. Abstract art enthusiast? The stains on the valance provide a great focal point and are open to interpretation."

"Clean room although the bathroom was small. The A/C in the room was on full blast so that it was freezing; couldn't figure how to turn it down. Coffee maker and fridge worked well. Basically a simple hotel without amenities like a breakfast or food on site. Hotel staff was nice. Was able to park but arrived Friday. Had to ask for a parking pass to ensure car wasn't towed. Lots of places to eat and coffee within easy walking distance."

"The staff at the front desk were amazing, very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Great restaurant and bar with very efficient servers. The only issue, although minor, was the parking. Unfortunately, there were several weddings in the area, including the one we were attending, which resulted in a full booking for that weekend and very tight parking. Aside from that we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something in that area."
