Nice size pool, very clean property, rooms were spacious enough and comfortable...only 1 minor issue was hooks needed innthe bathroom and some glasses innthe room ..but thats all. "dont get me wrong we had a lovely time and the hotel is in a great location. Overall site is big with lovely pools and also private beach. Our room was decent, did the job but I know others had room problems. For me the two big problems! 1. Restaurant rules and constant cold food. Badly managed like no plates, no food like fruit etc. Managers need to make sure all stations are monitored. Also queues which is down to lack of choice. Every morning, cold eggs and bacon. Its not difficult. 2. wristband rules. So many colours and if you dont have a certain wristband you cant have your dinner in the sitting area with more of a view. I think this is ridiculous. In all my holidays this is the ONLY place that adopts these stupid rules 3. The entertainment is very kid centric. Yes families are there but also couples. No adult level entertainment like a good singer, a band or performer!. The performances were very poor indeed aside from this, its a lovely location but correcting the above will get this hotel and its ratings to the next level."
