"The rooms were basic and not cleaned to the highest standard (stains in toilet, roll on deodorant left on the floor from previous occupant). We only live 15 mins away and only booked to get a night with air-con during heat wave as advertised only to be told on arrival that the air-con was not working throughout most rooms and it would be pot luck as to whether ours would, luckily it did. The reception staff found it funny that the air-con might not work.
We arrived at around 3pm and walking...

"Had a really wonderful stay even though it was only for a day. The room is clean and surprisingly spacious, good pool and steam room. Breakfast spread was good too. Looking forward to coming back soon."

"We liked that the hotel was right in the heart of town and that there was a lot of energy and activity around.
The restaurant was only fair in so far as the food goes. The service was haphazard in the restaurant and there was no one to greet you.
The room was okay , but it was cold when we were there and the heat did not work. We had constant air conditioning blowing on us. The front desk was sympathetic to the problem, but was unable to fix the issue. By the second night , the front desk person...

"The staff were all brilliant especially the reception staff. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Would not hesitate to stay here again."
