"Staff are diamonds! Everyone had been very helpful, polite - giving such a welcoming vibe
If not for the distance from the airport I would give it a higher score - more ideal for those who drive -as buses and train takes time and might have difficulty travelling with luggages
Long wait for Uber - taxis available but perhaps minimum wait of 15-20 mins

"This is not what advertising. This is not 4star at all. Very very limited breakfast. Just basic things. Toiletries were inadequate. No toothpaste and other things. "The hotel is really beautiful and staff were very helpful and polite. A real highlight was the food which was excellent at both dinner and breakfast.
Unfortunately the trip was let down by the fact that it was not communicated to the hotel via Expedia that I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child, this meant that there was no bed in the room for my son (which was rectified by 8pm) and we had to pay for his dinner and breakfast despite booking the dinner, bed and breakfast option via Expedia for 2...

"We found the hotel to be comfortable, with good facilities and overall were well looked after. Our one complaint was that the à la carte breakfast options weren’t available at the weekend as the chef “would be too busy”, and there was no evidence of that with small numbers in the dining room. We mentioned to Reception over the weekend but not on the Monday as we were checking out. Otherwise the hotel was a good choice."
