"Great location easy walking to old city. The room has great potential however the TV was missing (just an empty wall bracket) and the garage remote was unavailable. This was not communicated ahead of time and Management seemed to be unaware until we contacted them. Management was very quick to respond but was unable or unwilling to find a solution. Promises to investigate came to nothing. At the end when neither issue was solved during a 4 night stay they were unwilling to provide any...

"Die Wohnung sieht von draußen gut aus, aber war sehr kalt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sauberkeit: schrecklich!!! Die Wäsche im Bett waren nicht sauber (Rote Flecken darauf). Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag getauscht und die neue Handtücher waren auch nicht sauber. Überall Katzenhaare. WC und Badezimmer sehr alt... Nie wieder!!!"

"ゴールデンウィークのキプロス旅行の１・２泊目の宿泊先として利用したが、事前の調べどおりニコシアのメインストリートや、旧市街内の各観光スポットが徒歩圏内にあり、観光の拠点として最適だった。また、チェックアウト後に次の宿泊先のリマソルに向かう折も、インターシティのバスターミナルに近くスムーズに移動できた。 ホテル内の設備は、東ヨーロッパの４つ星ホテルとしては標準的で、特に可もなく不可もなく快適に過ごせた。日本人ツアー客がよく利用するホテルということもあり、最初に予約している部屋のクラスに間違いがあったことを除いて、全体に安心できる対応だったように思う。"
