"Convenience is an understatement if you’re looking to stay near KIX airport. It’s literally a walkway from the airport. There is a conbi and stores right before the escalators leading to the hotel. We had an early departure and decided to stay at the hotel the night before. The room was similar to the ones in the US providing ample space and Japanese amenities in the bathroom. Although the hotel has restaurants we walked over to the airport for dinner. If you have the Priority Card for lounge access, the lounge is located on the hotel side which is not the normal location for airport lounges because it’s before security. As a result we had some curry and fried rice in the lounge before the walkover to the airport to check-in for our flight. Overall I would highly recommend staying because of the convenience, customer service and cleanliness. The rates are surprisingly affordable as well. Definitely worth it if you’re arrival is late at night or your departure is early in the morning."

"We stayed in a room that had a silver spring onsen in the room. It had a kitchen in it as well and the pictures don't do it justice. It is huge with everything you need. The coffee maker is Espresso. They refill the capsules on request but if you have favorite capsules, bring some to enjoy. From our first contact with hotel personnel, we had an excellent experience. Very friendly, hospitable staff. We also used the hotel onsens on both the first floor and the fourth floor. All were impeccable and both the gold and silver onsens were very soothing. The onsen in the room is basically for one person at a time but plenty big enough for one person with a nice headrest designed into the marble spa tub. The hotel van is always available within a few minutes and the drivers are happy to take you anywhere in the Arima area. I recommend the ropeway. It is a BEAUTIFUL journey over the forested mountain. Not to be missed. Another bonus is the coffee/tea/juice bar in the lobb that also has delicious hot cocoa - and on the end of the bar is a freezer with small ice cream bon bons. Yum. Great place to go in the evening. It may seem that the hotel breakfast is expensive given most prices in Japan - but the breakfast is almost more than you can eat and is in the gourmet class. Definitely worth the money. Super tasty and very filling. Each person receives two large trays of various Japanese breakfast dishes. This hotel is smaller than most in the Arima area - more quiet and private."

"I stayed at Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya for 4 nights and 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. One of my favorite parts was the breakfast buffet—the dining area has a superb view, and the food quality was excellent. I especially enjoyed having Kobe beef every morning! Tip: Get to breakfast early if you want a seat with a beautiful mountain or city view. The room was comfortable, clean, and good quality. I also really appreciated how quiet it was—I didn’t hear much outside noise, so I was able to rest and sleep very well after long days exploring Kobe. If you love shopping and want an easy commute, you’re at the right place! There’s an American Pharmacy store downstairs, a FamilyMart nearby, and very convenient access to the Port Liner. The location makes it super easy to shop, grab what you need, and get around Kobe. Overall, I had a great time here and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya, especially if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, great food, and easy transportation!"
