Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! Very clean and spacious rooms. Restaurants are very good. There also is a 24-hour Food Mart available in this hotel. The free shuttle was also helpful

The lobby was beautiful. And the staff were really helpful. The carpet in my room was all stained as well as the soft furnishings. It needs a good deep clean. The bathroom was spotless as was the rest of the room . There was lots of noise and we could hear the bathrooms in the rooms next to us .

Free shuttle bus service

Hotel is not located inside the city, and no shops nearby, but offers free shuttle bus between two major stations and the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel decor and bathroom are dated but is overall is clean.

Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. The pool we did get access to we had to pay for and my girls could only swim in one lane. The pool was the only disappointment. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the onsite family mart too! Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel shuttle and access to train stations were perfect. We would stay again.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money. Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem.
