Opal Hotel AmmanAmman
9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (726 nhận xét)
"The hotel is newly renovated and you can tell because so many of the facilities are newer and look better than others. One of the ones that impressed me was the breakfast area buffet. Our room was on the first level and it looked very recently renovated, although the shower needs a little bit more TLC. Everything was clean, and they welcomed us with a very nicely decorated room since it was our anniversary and they noticed. I would definitely say stay here if you want to be close to the airport...

I wasn't confident the door was actually locking either - which is a problem as a solo traveler. If all you need is a bed for a...

"First of all my bad experience started with Expedia I checked on single occupancy however we were two
When I arrived to the hotel they asked for extra 20 jod because we were two
When I checked online it was the same rate
I contacted the help line with Expedia they were not helpful
And I am sure it’s unfair I should have been refunded for the extra money
The room was horrible smelly and not clean at all the towels were old
The amenities are not there
The whole room smells old and rotten...

"The room can be cleaned better. There are stains on the walls. The door of the shower doesn't close properly so water leaks out.
The reception people were very helpful. However, the person at the entrance of the hotel was mean and didn't even offer to help me with my bag.
Breakfast is okay but it's missing so many stuff."
