"Clean room and central location "

"The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. Some small downsides. There was very little storage space in the rooms, so we had to live out of suitcases. There were several small steps along the corridors, making it hard for the mobility impaired. The location is mixed. It is close to the station, metro and buses, which is good. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (which is fortunate as there is no restaurant in the hotel beyond the breakfast room.) The main streets seem basically safe enough (although we had to stop a pickpocketer stealing from our backpack outside the hotel) but the side streets felt dubious. None of this detracted from a good stay."

"Great hotel directly across the street from the central train station, which is not only a convenient way to travel to/from Napoli, but also to get back & forth to the tourist sites in the area, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Reggia di Caserta, all of which we visited and enjoyed. We had a spacious, comfy corner room with small balconies and views of the piazza. Everything in the room was wonderful, although the bed was very hard, which messed with my husband's back a bit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help out with a special request. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. There is a pretty decent gym with enough equipment to get the job done, though it gets no air flow and it gets very warm in there, fyi. Nice to sweat a bit in the winter though! "

"All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay"

"This hotel is just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the bustling city. Just a heads up, the AC is centralized and fixed at one temperature, so if you want it cooler, you'll have to crack open the window a bit. But be warned, it only opens about an inch, and the street noise can get pretty loud. The room has a nice modern vibe and is clean, but the staff weren't particularly memorable—neither rude nor overly friendly. The breakfast options were pretty average; I noticed the same few items for all four days we stayed. Lots of bread, cookies, croissants, and muffins—definitely a calorie overload and not much in the way of protein. I probably won't return to this hotel."
