"The staff was great and very accommodating"

"We had an excellent experience here. The location is great, just across the street from Beavercreek Village. The room was lovely and had high end appointments to it. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a separate enclosed toilet area. Room had a stone fireplace and was tastefully done. Much nicer than some of the places were have stayed in Vail and Snowmass, that were more expensive. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating....

"Luis was amazing! He treated us like royalty from the moment we stepped in the door until the morning we left. The room was well appointed, the continental breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect. Nothing can be said negatively! "

"We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around. The shuttle to and from Vail Village/Lionshead was so helpful. Having a grocery store close by was a pleasant surprise! While we did have to walk up the equivalent of five stories to the condo, it was worth it! We will definitely stay here for future Vail visits."

"definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. Let allow any kind of assistance and I was told that I needed to wait until the morning. overall, I missed the opportunity to get into the hot tub because of all the nonsense from the...
