"Many things not maintained. Hot tub not working no ice machines working. No coffee available. Rooms were ok but not above average at all. Staff were friendly. Prices definitely higher than worth of room. It was quiet. Not many people staying there. No breakfast or meals available. Apparently I expected more for my money!"

"We did not have any interaction with staff other than to check in - that process was very quick and smooth. We didn’t use any amenities. The hotel is located in the historic district and was very nice to walk around."

"This is a smallish hotel in a small city. During the day you can see Lake Mead in the distance. Front desk is helpful and friendly and has a little store, which was helpful. It is very near the Southern Nevada State Veteran's Hospital and Cemetary. My father loves the fully-loaded baked potato that you can get in town."

"The room can definitely use a deep cleaning and upgrading. Shower curtain isn’t long so water gets on the floor when showering, Stopper is missing in sink, water leaks from the faucet handle. Couch needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Floor needs to be mopped. Lamps need to be replaced or switched on them need to be super cleaned. Room had limited outlets and no usb ports. The pool area was locked, no note explaining."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk were all great; helpful and kind! We wished there would have been filtered water stations throughout the hotel, and unfortunately the breakfast wasn't that good."

"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! "The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...

"The place, staff, cleanliness was amazing. Expedia never told us to book a check in time upon arrival. It took us an extra hour and a half because expedia failed to inform us of any inforamtion before arriving to the property. Overall the the place was amazing, but booking through expedia needs to be more aware of what needs to be done after booking at this property."

"I’ll never come back to this place, even if it’s for free. Broken shower, broken microwave, super dirty and terrible smell, all chairs and table on the pool area were broken as well and counting. Spend $250 for 2 nights, for sure didn’t worth it. I decided to stay anyway cause would be time to spend on a short trip and difficult to have a proper reimbursement since it’s through the app."
