"If you have children do not stay in the Alexandria tower. No bathroom door. The toilet door swings and won’t stay shut. The room had articles of clothing from the previous user under the sofa, in the sheet and drawers. The phone in the room had no dial tone. Had to keep calling on personal phone or via text. Said they offered rollaway bed but after arrival they would not provide one on the floor we stayed and wouldn’t move us to a lower level. Always be prepared for longlines to check in. Got there at 3:20 and checked in after 4:15. Pool and hot tub closes at 5 daily. "

"The property was showing signs of aging. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpets seemed worn. The bathtub was not properly draining and hot water was not always working. Hotel staff was very nice"
