"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected.
The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful.
We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting.
Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good....

"Hele prettige omgeving schoon en stuk voor stuk heel beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.. de eerste kamer beviel ons niet we hadden het idee dat de foto’s van de kamer in de advertentie niet overeen kwamen met de kamer zelf, maar we kregen dag later direct een upgrade naar een luxere kamer zonder extra kosten.
Als advies zou ik zeggen boek pas vanaf de luxury suite of beter want de bedden in die kamers zijn ook veel beter dan bijvoorbeeld in de king suite..
Wie rust en een prachtige omgeving...

"Make sure you book this place ASAP before it blows up. It deserves global recognition for what the owners have achieved here.
It's incredible and worth the cost. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior designer has done such a good job how they have styled this place out. Architects deserve credit too for how they have combined traditional feel with a modern twist. The service is exceptional too. Spa is just next level and can go toe to toe with some of the best in...

"Really fabulous room with all the comforts we needed. One issue with a light was remedied within minutes of our request. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was lovely. Air conditioning work well and was super quiet."

"I liked the whole vibe at this place, pool, interieur of rooms, the staff and the animals but be carefull for the turkey and 1 goose, they attack you sometimes."

"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar.
Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."
