"This hotel has some very good features which is most probably lacking in a lot of other hotels in this area. However during my visit I was periodically exposed to their contracted labourers using both an impact drill and an impact concrete breaker directly above my room and in the corridor. This experience went on without a resolution for over 5 days. With noise being quite severe and causing an absolute nuisance. Not once was I informed of what structural works was going on, which is a complete...
