"The stay in hotel was really bad. Towels and bed sheets are dirty. The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food. Considering its standards this hotel is charging much much...

"One of my best hotel stays in India. Private access to Ganga ghat, Aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful. The service and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Ritu, Khushi, Ishita, Harmanjit, Sunil, and Nitin...keep up the great work, customer care and professionalism....you're the best!!
