"Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean.
Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful."

"We had no wifi at all .no blind at well overlooked by people having coffee at open doors on raised level opp room 206 no privacy . Bath taps didnt work towels looked grey not white Heating didnt work when we arrived lift broken for years as other guests told us too .No tissues in bathroom very poor restaurant set in beautiful grounds but not a good experience sadly "

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the golf course. There's an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. (Just one gripe; there was only one biscuit provided... in a room for two? We stayed for two nights and on both days only one biscuit was provided...strange, but true). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The cottage slept 5 and while missing enough cutlery crockery and glasses for more than 2 people, we found it set up exceptionally well. The fixtures and fittings were all brand new, including beds, tables, chairs, flooring, mirrors, bedsides, cabinets and wardrobes, it really was very comfortable apart from the sofa bed that we felt was a bit old and worn in comparison to the rest of the cottage.
The bathrooms (yes 2!) were absolutely beautiful, fab showers, marble finish and very high quality...

"I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. The bathroom was very nice, light, airy and spacious.
The room itself was up and down a lot of stairs,...
