Room was clean and spacious beds were very comfy, staff were always friendly and helpful anybody you walked past they greeted you with a smile and were very pleasant. Parking was good to say the hotel was very busy when we arrived however there is plenty of parking spaces at back of hotel. Was lovely that we was able to use the spa facilities going in the evening is better as less busy and no children. The rooms were quite warm however we just opened the window when first arrived and it soon cooled down.

Very nice and helpful staff, having mentioned it was our anniversary, come meal time in the restaurant we had our table decorated and complimentary drink delivered to us. Beautiful hotel and everything we needed. Room was basic but knew that when I booked. Only criticism was that our room was incredibly hot, even at night but we asked for another fan which didn’t help to be honest. Other than that, highly recommended.

Just had a single night stay with some friends. Staff helpful and friendly, room lovely, clean. Free WiFi us nice as the signal in a big old building with thick walls is non existent. Getting an uber to go out simple. Breakfast has plenty of options. Didn't have the time to use the spa

Very impressed with the hotel. Staff were great as was the breakfast. Had a 2nd floor double room in the courtyard, which was spacious and very quiet which I liked. It was a little cool in the room but had a sufficient wall heater to help with that. Very nice modern bathroom and shower. Very grand building and the spa & pool which looked amazing and very inviting but didn’t have time to use. Family friendly and busy whilst I was there. Would recommend a stay here to my friends
