The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and friendly staff with a perfect welcome. Told us about the area and place to see and visit. The views across Como are breathtaking and I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had a very happy time on Como. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room lovely, with balcony, but noisy road, of course. The Tavernola ferry stop is handy - we walked, cycled and sailed into Como town! The Lake is enchanting - with gorgeous views and noisy seaplanes. Our great disappointment was splashing out on dinner on our last night. The dining room is grand and all the service rather pretentious, but the food was by no measurement value for money. Excellent property in a great location. Easily walkable to the centre of Como.

This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. All the staff were very helpful and are able to offer tips on things to do in Como. The room was pleasant - nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee included. There was also free water in the mini bar, bathrobe, slippers and wonderful amenity kit. The highlight was the superb breakfast in the morning - coffees,...

Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!

Check-in was quite fast, the receptionists are friendly. We love the interior of the room & the bed is super comfy.

Excellent hotel in perfect location. Staff very helpful, very clean and modern look. Very accommodating and can park car in front of hotel to offload/onload. Would definitely come back!

Our room was wheelchair friendly but we couldn’t access the terrace where breakfast was served and looked at the lake. The staff were very helpful getting breakfast sorted in our room though, but we didn’t have a view there. The hotel was in an amazing situation but the reception felt a little unfriendly but once settled we felt much more welcome. The staff were all friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendation and taxi booking too.

Perfect location opposite the Duomo. Fabulous decoration, space and comfort in equal measure. Wonderful accommodation highly recommended.

Stefano's apartment lakeside in Como is fantastic. Handy for train station, ferries, and with parking for 3 euro per day round the corner. Right in the heart of the lakeside bars and restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay!

It was a good breakfast contains

Couldn’t recommend enough, staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made it pleasurable. Super clean everywhere and the food was delicious. Cannot fault any of our stay. The pool area is nice and peaceful.
