"Really Great Location and Great Hotel, i would 100% stay there again when i am next in Amsterdam. The Spa was very nice considering its included in the price if staying there. Nice size Studios and having the Microwave and coffee machine was a great benefit. 👌 The only downside is you have to pay €5pp every time you catch the Shuttle from the Hotel to the Airport which is where you need to get to to get into Amsterdam central so can be come very costly, on average we was using it twice a day and was costing us an extra €20pd which can become very costly over a few days."

" This is a decent place overall, but our room was very dark with poor lighting. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, likely because there is no exhaust fan. The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is very convenient, which is a big plus. The hotel is adjacent to the Bastion Hotel and the buildings are connected, but access to the Best Western entrance is from the corner and is not very convenient. We booked the room through Expedia and selected a room with breakfast, but later learned from the hotel reception that breakfast was not included, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was average with a few convenience benefits but also some drawbacks. ⭐️🏨✈️"

"Easy walk made this a much more enjoyable layover than it could have been. Spotless lounge , great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and juices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry."
