"We came from out of state to relax, but two rooms had failed door locks. We spent much of our stay dealing with repairs and trying to get a response from management.
When the first lock failed, the evening supervisor replaced our keys and spent roughly 30 minutes trying to repair it. We missed an activity reservation while waiting.
We were offered another room with a "better view," but we weren't told it had two queen beds instead of the king bed we had booked. We discovered the change after...

"I loved everything. It was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. I give the whole experience a 100. Hospitality with sodas and chips and candy already there and cold. Plates and utensils we needed were set out. Outside and Inside was better then the pictures. We'll worth the stay. Thank you for everything. It was perfect. My 3 year old daughter loved it also."

"The code for the gate and door was emailed to me. I had to call management for the pool closest to the room and for the tennis court codes. The amenities at the front of the complex you'll pass are NOT for this unit. The place looked liked the pictures. There was dishes still in the dishwasher. The master shower door was was missing a bracket on the right side. The door hangs and you have to squeeze past the toilet to use the other door. The towel holder fell the 1st time we took a towel off of...

"The condo was in good condition. The two bedrooms were spacious with king sized beds in them which were very comfortable. The restrooms were clean and neatly organized along with towels for use. The kitchen was setup in a narrow walkway but with plenty of space to maneuver around; it was supplied with a wall oven with a microwave on top, a 36" wide refrigerator with the freezer on top, and a cooktop on the far side. The balcony gives a good overview of the lake and a few restaurants to visit....
