"Please understand I am not the type of person to usually complain and often shy away from saying something, however, in this case I simply have to so future guests have the details they need. I paid just over £80 for this booking and would be inclined to never use Expedia again based on this cost for such a poor hotel. The hotel floor was filthy with toxic green stains on the carpet. Room 238 if you wish to check. The bath didn’t hold water. The shower water pressure was beyond pointless....

"It’s rather a shame that the spa facilities are not available unless you book these a month in advance as the hotel has to arrange for staff to come in specifically for the treatment you book"
