"One of the loveliest places we have ever visited. Impeccably clean and spacious rooms, comfortable and soft beds. Amazing balcony with an unreal view. The restaurant is super modern and beautiful with an amazing sea view. The food is also so high end and delicious in the restaurant. The beach and deck overlooks an amazing sea Mountain View. Super helpful and sweet staff, unmatched hospitality and 24/7 desk. They are flexible and kind, giving the best recommendations for things to do in the area. Walking distance to the main promenade. Fantastic value for money and couldn’t recommend enough!!"

"We stayed in this hotel for two days. Loved everything about the hotel. Amazing room with a great view. The best hospitality- amazing and welcoming staff. Guests are actually treated with so much affection. We were touched. Can’t wait to be back there again. Lovely view from the room and amazing breakfast with wide variety and great quality. We truly enjoyed our stay here."

"The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect. It felt dismissive, like he was questioning why I expected help, or that I was being unreasonable.The apartment wasn’t properly prepared—there was outdoor furniture inside, dirty cookware, no hand soap, and incomplete cutlery. Although he tried to get me the items I requested, there were still issues. For example, I asked for a bowl, but he claimed that bowls aren’t available in Albania, which I know isn’t true. Bowls are commonly used for salad, yogurt-based dishes, and soups. Next the receptionist acknowledged that the room gets cold so he went and brought a duvet/blanket but this is something that also put me off having to possibly be cold. The kettle didn’t work, and when I asked to swap it, none of the others worked either. The receptionist was combative and unhelpful when I voiced concerns.The photos on the website were misleading, showing sea views that didn’t exist in my room. Overall, the place is poorly managed, and if you're looking for a better experience, there are plenty of cleaner, more organized options in the area. This trip was for my 30th birthday, and I ended up leaving for a better place."

"Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)"

"Very nice hotel. Looks new inside and out. Surprisingly large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice balcony. Lareg bathroom with large walk-in shower. The public spaces are very nice, especially the outdoor seating area and front entrance with beautiful trees and flowers. Private beach right across the street is also excellent. The only negative is the brusque attitude i received from the manager. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and hospitality as he came across as downright rude for no reason at all. Without him this is 5 stars all the way"
