"We loved our stay at Charm Hotel. The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "

"rooms were well appointed and modern. staff was always helpful, esp in the dining area. my husband said the bath towels were the best he's ever used. ;-) loved the eco-friendly aspect of refillable glass water jugs and shower items, as well as reusing towels. a great stay!"
