"Great service, staff and basically everything but the room. Rooms are tiny, like you're in Midtown NYC, but it's AVL. Zero counter space. Bathroom is like a phone booth, wakes up entire room with light. Sink not in bathroom. Super rough towels. Beds not super comfy. No fridge. Hotel experience is great. Rooms are awful."
