"Everything is expensive. EVERYTHING! I do not recommend eating or drinking here because of it. Cross the street to the liquor store and get yourself a bottle of something. The drinks cost way too much and were weak AF! I mean breakfast is $40! For a family of 4 you're looking at $160+, just for breakfast! That's insane! Fortunately, there are options along the avenue, bring cash for some of the restaurants as they don't take cards/phone tap. Some do though. The resort fee is pretty much for the...

"Non-working: charging outlets by the bed, kiosk by the pool, room keys, hot tub jets, washer and dryer.
Dirty pool and several requests before water, towels, and coffee sent to room. Disappointing stay for the price."

"During my trip to Puerto Rico, I stayed at three different hotels, and this one was by far the nicest. The view from my room was incredible, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the property. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. The only downside was that getting to the beach was a bit inconvenient, as it required taking a ferry. Overall, though, it was a great experience and I would recommend it."

"The beach was wonderful and the food was good. My favorite was the café colado. I absolutely loved the coffee.
I believe areas to improve would be housekeeping. Our room got cleaned only once. We ran out of soap and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk."

"The location and places to see was ok but we had no light for 2 days so we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much but other than that it was nice"

"The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice ."
