"Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food."

"Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. "Booked this B&B by mistake. Actually wanted the B&B in central Milan. It was a terrible experience. The hotel was very dirty. The carpet in the hallway had stains throughout. The walls were also dirty. No lifts to the The standard room. The staff doesn’t help with the luggage even when we asked. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. When we finanh checked in the staff warned that The standard room had an outdoor garage attached. Staff said “if the door leading to the outdoor garage isn’t locked we can come and lock it for you” the door wasn’t locked and the room just felt unsafe. I asked my three rooms to be moved to a room without a garage. These rooms happened to be on the opposite side of the hotel with access to a lift, staff still didn’t help with luggage. A Taxi to central Milan will cost between €60-€100. Decided to move to a different hotel in central Milan. "
