"Clean room, great parking and friendly staff"

"Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

"Cet hôtel a été un 4 étoiles mais ne l'est plus aujourd'hui. Le logement est vieux et aurait besoin d'un rajeunissement. La literie, le mobilier et l'infrastructure pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Déjeuné toujours identique. Le cadre est super, au calme et dans une belle région."

"I have mixed feelings about my stay here. While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. I messaged the staff and was later able to call an emergency number. The owners came over and got them out. I had broken off the...

"Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."
