"I have mixed feelings about my stay here. While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight. "Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."
