"We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Hotel consigliatissimo anche se una piccola cosa non mi è phaciuta: piscina Spa con acqua non a temperatura, ma il tipo della hall pur sapendo ciò, ci ha addebitato ben 10 euro per delle cuffie, dove se l'acqua fosse stata a temperatura non avrei esitato, che poteva anche non farci passare dal momento che siamo entrati e riusciti immediatamente perché non si poteva stare! Ma per il resto gradevole...
