"Great location. Walked to many restaurants. Loved how it was right on the beach. The pool was never busy and it was not hard to find a chair. The pool could have been cleaned more though. Fernando, at the towel area, was the best! He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel food and drinks were a little pricey, but that’s expected. Closest to the airport so expect to hear planes while outside, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again."

"We stayed at the Hyatt Centric San Juan - Isla Verde for 5 days. Super clean and modern hotel. The room was clean and had everything you needed. The only down side was the maid staff were not super engaging and they forgot to clean our room one day even though we removed the sign. We called the front desk (they are super helpful) and asked if the cleaning person could remove our garbage and provide us another bathmat. They forgot to bring the bathmat, and when they came to collect the garbage...

"The room in general was great, the hotel is renovating so if you plan on staying in the room during the day it’s not good for you since the noise, but if you plan to just sleep in a nice comfortable room and explore during the day it’s good, noise didn’t bother us, communication was horrible, they literally won’t respond to you for check in until exactly 4pm, at least respond and communicate and let us know that the info will be delivered by 4pm. They only give you 2 shower towels and 2 beach...

"The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay."

"Host is very nice, property is nice and located within 15 mins from everything, Airport, restaurants, shops, etc. Condo is nice and clean, beds are comfy. Elevator is slow as a snail, but at least they have one! Would recommend."
