No mini bar in room
Booked restaurant one evening for the week and was told when seated the main thing on menu was not available which was the reason we booked
Other food menu for food orders very limited
Outside pool was closed and we were not told before arrival"

"Newly built hotel with modern very clean design. Rooms with sea view have a spectacular view. Great location on bus route around Torbay. Breakfast and dinner of good standard. Staff are very efficient, attentive and pleasant. One thing to note is the £15 per day car parking fee."

"The breakfast set up could be better organised, there is a lot of walking to be done to find everything. The cooked meats could be cooked a bit longer. The jam dispensers require strong arms, what happened to individual servings?"

"Wonderful one night stay. Huge beautiful room, air conditioning was a bonus in this heat. Loved using the spa facilities and outdoor pool. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent breakfast."

"Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great.
A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!!
The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!!
The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed."
