This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local."

"One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly "

Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel "

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"The hotel staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms quiet adequate. Proximity to the mall provides a range of eating options. "

"Overall it was nice stay. The hotel was built in the 1990s and it was big hit at that time as it was very close to presidential palace of Cipanas. You still can see it from the huge area of the hotel complex, the detail architecture, even the furniture style. However, the downside maybe is that it needs refurbishment. I strongly suggest you pick your own room prior to the booking or check in. I have my favourite room already. :-) Oh yeah, if you will stay with larger group of people you can...
