"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...

"It is a nice hotel with some notes : - Took a long time to prepare the room. My room was not ready at 14.00 - It took sometime to adjust the room temperature as it use a split AC (not a centralized one) - in-room dining menu is not available in the room so that we need to as for the menu from restaurant everytime an order is gonna be made - The only active elevator is one (1) out of three (3) - The breakfast was great, but unfortunately i found catterpillar/worm in the vegetable soup. Complained...
