"The front desk staff was friendly and professional and our room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and barely missed it leaving, so we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Upon departure the next morning the shuttle was completely full with many people having to stand as this shuttle picks up and drops off at multiple hotels. Just know this and be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes. There was a lady who seated us at breakfast who was very rude but...

"We arrived early to check in due to a cancelled flight hoping to leave our bags but the lovely lady sorted an upgraded room for us. It was great with a spacious living/ kitchen area. Great central location. 10 minutes walk to the SkyCity airport bus. "
