The lobby consistently had long queues, and there were noticeable complaints and dissatisfaction from various guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I am extremely disappointed by this experience, as the advertised facilities, gym and Sauna were a significant reason for choosing Aqualuz Editory Mar and Rio and everything was out of order. "Difficult to locate property for check in since porperty called Sea Sound Apartment and not Sesimbra Cliffs. Was only able to locate property after Expedia agent contacted owner and told us the property was located at Sesimbra Cliffs. Once we were able to get to property, person showed us all around and very friendly. Nice ocean and city view. Provided no cooking supplies, only a few spice bottles."
