"This hotel was an amusement park, not a vacation. We left after the second day to spend the remainder of our vacation at another hotel. "We left a terrible experience at the Baha Mar to come to the British Colonial and it saved our vacation! It was the relaxing getaway that we needed. "Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom.
