"I cannot rate the staff at this hotel more. I've travelled for work for years and I've never had better service at a hotel. The team at the Dumfries Arms were exceptional. I can't fault them. My husband and I had a fantastic two night stay, the food at the restaurant was delicious and catered well for my gluten intolerance. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was comparatively small, aside from the king-sized bed - it's an old inn after all - but very comfortable and well equipped.
