"Work-related trip for 3 nights. Beautiful facility despite remodeling that is in progress. Walkout access to the beach. Room was clean and spacious. I did need to work from my room, and found 2 things that were annoyances: 1) lack of accessible outlets. Any outlets were behind desks or couches and built-in outlets in night stand didn’t always work. 2) only lamps were at the bed- one other on other side of room was not working, so there was not sufficient lighting. "

"The property was very nice. I went before just for the spa and I fell in love with it. I decided to book a weekend trip and there were some disappointments. The pool was under construction and the sauna and steam room in the spa did not work. There is a $45 extra charge if you want a refrigerator in your room and an additional $45 if you want a microwave. I was not happy with all of the up charges but the room was beautiful."

"Pool area always crowded. Half of the lounge chairs were reserved and had to pay to use. Beach was beautiful. Valet guys were awesome. Front desk assistance was just ok. I asked if i could grab a bottle of pop or water at the hotel and they said closest spot is a 10min walk, meanwhile they had refreshments available in the front cafe to purchase. Got an ocean view room but wasnt infront of the ocean. Construction in the lobby. Overall 7/10"
