"Great location, convenient to the airport. Room was nice and comfortable. It was noisy because of the constant airplane take-offs and some other loud patrons next door/in the hallways. The in-house restaurant was good and there were two other restaurants within walking distance. Parking the car in a large deck was not ideal for dragging multiple pieces of luggage from the room upon leaving-bell hop was available, but there was a 20+ minute wait. Nice hotel for the money!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs.
Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place."
