"Really comfortable clean room. Liked that hairdryer portable and not attached in the bathroom
Only negative was only 2 teabags Asked at reception and they didn’t have any so asked at the bar and only allowed 2 without paying for more !! Very mean considering the price of the room.
Breakfast really good with lots of choice and friendly staff.
Useful that we could leave bags before and after checking in."

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were top notch. We had a bite to eat in the Garden Room and James was running himself ragged trying to serve everyone and accommodate everyone’s needs. Another waitress was also so friendly and helpful. We felt safe and well cared for during our entire stay."

"Well located and the restaurant was really nice and breakfast lovely. Our king suite was located in the loft and was uncomfortably warm. We mentioed to the staff and they brought up an extra air conditioner. This didn’t help much and was far too noisy to sleep with it, so we didn’t sleep well. It definitely needs it’s own dedicated aircon system.
The pool changing area was very tired and in need of some attention."

"I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel.
The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover.
However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."
