I really didn’t want to post anything as I wanted this property to remain unknown from the rest of the world. The staff is exceptional with wonderful facilities, such as the restaurant with beautiful food and decor. This property is completely unique and demands a clientele who will respect this. The only negative it is not very conveniently placed in terms of transportation. ...

"The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit."

"Superb hotel, extremely comfortable room and bed, and most impressed with the food, a meal in the evening and an excellent glass of champagne, I wish I had asked what it was! Will definitely stay here again."

"Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again! "
