"Beautiful place. HOWEVER- The cool cavern pool is part of the Spa. You have to book that in advance. That is a bit of a bait and switch as they make it seem like it is the standard pool you can just go to, which is definitely s NOT."

"This is our go to in Asheville. I do think it’s time for a little renovation…it’s just a little outdated and is showing wear and tear. I’ll still keep going there though. Very reasonably priced and a solid stay."

"Views from our room were phenomenal. Every staff member from the bellman,valet, the reception staff and the dining room staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. Our dinner at the dining room was delicious with an unexpected treat of a cauliflower and bell pepper bisque provided by the chef and a little surprise dessert for our anniversary celebration. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was a bit warm, we lowered the temp and closed the bedroom door. The front room with the couch got very cold, our bedroom was warm. Also the beds are old, hard, and uncomfortable. Everything else was a really good experience."

"My husband and I just stayed at the Aloft in Asheville last week and absolutely loved everything about it! We travel quite often & this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super nice, bed comfortable, bathroom great.
The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant....

"It had a very special vibe. Perfect for exploring Asheville. There were very purposeful social areas, which were always utilized. We were a group of 8 in 3 different rooms, so we used the upper loft area to socialize rather than congregate in a room."
