"We have stayed in Maryborough many times, this was the first time we stayed in the Kimba Lodge, it was in our opinion by far the best we have stayed in, we will be staying at Kimba Lodge in future visits. The usual inconvenience we found was the contract workers staying in motels across Maryborough, they all come in large 4x4 vehicles and some of there parking ability needs to be questioned, particularly when most parking on these facilities is limited, this is not to say there was any issues...

"Great value, size and location. Alexander Beachfront apartments were clean and well equiped, perfect for a little beachside getaway. Staff were also excellent, accommodating and friendly. "

The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. "

"The property was well maintained as was the entire complex. The interior was clean and tidy however quite dated. One of the bathroom vanities tops was cracked and in need of repair but other than this happy with our stay "

"Beautiful garden, amazing breakfast spread. Nice size room with spectate toilet and shower. The amenities are better than a 5 star hotel (lotions, creams, gels, coffee syrups etc). Hopefully the shower curtains can be replaced soon, but…. The gorgeous outdoor shower can always be used!"

"Location is good, right on the beach, down from some food places and a pub. One allocated park onsite per room which is good, plenty of parking spots outside. Rooms a little outdated in appearance but very clean and a comfy space to enjoy a holiday. Brand new air cons in the appartment we had and both worked awesome. Second find bedroom only has a fan. Bathroom looks old but is clean and everything works. Plenty of room downstairs with a 2 lounges and a dinning table and full kitchen, second...
