Rooms were spacious & clean, no aircon in 3rd bedroom, and whilst we had the ocean view we paid for was not nice sitting on the verandah as its so hot, 2 compressors blowing hot air and even when you turn them off to sit outside its like a cement hot box that traps the hot air. Shame

I was a bit disappointed. I stayed for three days and no one came to clean. When I asked the front desk, they told me there was an extra charge, which surprised me. Their rooms are already expensive; why wasn't room cleaning included? Many other hotels are cheaper and have housekeeping every day. So next time, I'll choose a different hotel.

Staff were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help. Great location. The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings. The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!

Amazing hotel in beautiful Harvey Bay. Right near the Urangan Pier. Stayed a week and wanted to stay forever. Great relaxation spot with spa bath in the ensuite. Ocean view was the best choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
