"The hotel rooms were clean, but old and had very less accessories or features. Not much of facilities, only mark goes to the staff who were nice and 100% location. It on the Time Square which is like 2 mins walk. Full marks just for the location."

Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least.
