"We booked this hotel due to the dog friendly room and the spa. However the furnishings in the room were dirty and stained (large stains on curtains and pillows) the shower was surrounded by mould and the doorway was bumped and chipped.
The spa was dirty throughout both in the changing rooms and the swimming pool area, mosaic tiles were missing and dirty water with hairs in was pooling on even surfaces. After our first visit we did not return.

"You get what you pay for.
Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with.
Room heater didn’t work or have instructions.
Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe.

"I was hoping that they would connect our rooms since I booked them together for our family/kids, but they couldn't accommodate. The bar closed very early for a weekend, just my opinion.
